Delete your HerdHarbor account
If you can sign in, the most secure path is HerdHarbor → Settings → Request account deletion. If you cannot access the app, use this form with the email address on your account.
What deletion includes
- Your HerdHarbor authentication account.
- Your cloud-stored farm profile and livestock-management records.
- Cloud-stored animal, pedigree, breeding, health, task, production, budget, customer, sale, payment-record, and transfer data associated with the account.
Deletion is permanent. Backups or transfer files you downloaded, information another user independently received, and copies stored on your devices are not automatically removed. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, disputes, or enforcement.
What happens next
HerdHarbor will send a verification or follow-up message to the account email when needed. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Access may continue until the request is verified and processed. If you do not receive confirmation, email hello@herdharbor.com.
